5. Darya Kenar
Featuring a private beach, triplex villas, a swimming pool, barbecue facilities, and high security with two separate entrances. Its European design and supervision by the renowned architect Hossein Amanat are among its unique characteristics.
6. Khaneh Darya
A large coastal complex with basic amenities such as sports fields, several restaurants, and shops. Its old structure limits the level of comfort for those whose priority is comprehensive and modern services.
